According to Agha Shorish Kashmiri, During the Bengal famine, Sahir Ludhianvi wrote a poem which has a couplet:
mileñ isī liye resham ke Dher buntī haiñ
ki duḳhtarān-e-vatan taar taar ko tarseñ
ملیں اسی لیے ریشم کے ڈھیر بنتی ہیں
کہ دختران وطن تار تار کو ترسیں
The poem ended at this. Shah Ata Ullah Shah Bukhari asked Sahir, why wasn’t he writing the next line to rhyme with this. Sahir replied that he couldn’t make a suitable misra’. To this Shah Ata Ullah Shah Bukhari said,
chaman ko is liye maalī ne ḳhuuñ se sīñchā thā
ki us kī apnī nigāheñ bahār ko tarseñ
چمن کو اس لئے مالی نے خوں سے سینچا تھا
کہ اس کی اپنی نگاہیں بہار کو ترسیں
So this misra was added to the poem. You can say that this misra in the poem by Sahir Ludhianvi was actually by Shah Ata Ullah Shah Bukhari.
Thus in the poem it reads:
mileñ isī liye resham ke Dher buntī haiñ
ki duḳhtarān-e-vatan taar taar ko tarseñ
chaman ko is liye maalī ne ḳhuuñ se sīñchā thā
ki us kī apnī nigāheñ bahār ko tarseñ
