- Well-researched analytical pieces: 1200-1500 words
- Opinion pieces (not rants), backed by facts, figures, and research: 800-1200 words
- News pieces (local, national, and international) related to history and heritage, either curated and/or based on reporting and field research: 800-1100 words
- Conceptual and engaging think pieces on historical and heritage-related topics, avoiding overly academic language: 800-1000 words
- Articles on historical figures, movements, and events (both national and international): 1000-1500 words
